How fast will I get my video?

Depends on your plan: Starter in 72 hours, Creator in 48 hours, Business in 24 hours. Need it faster? Our rush option cuts the time in half. Most videos are delivered early.

What if I am not satisfied?

Every plan includes revisions. Share feedback and we adjust the edit. If the first 14 days are not right, we refund the first month.

What formats do you support?

We deliver short-form outputs for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts, plus long-form 16:9 for YouTube. Files up to your plan limit are supported, including MP4, MOV, and ProRes. Starter: 2GB, Creator: 4GB, Business: 10GB, Enterprise: custom.

What counts as one video credit?

One credit equals one short-form edit. Long-form edits use 2-3 credits depending on your plan. This keeps the system fair for all formats.

What are the max lengths per edit?

Starter supports short-form up to 60s with up to 30 minutes of source footage. Creator supports short-form up to 90s with up to 60 minutes of source footage. Business supports short-form up to 120s with up to 120 minutes of source footage. Long-form limits are set per plan and use multiple credits.
